In case of doupt the German AGB's are valide!

Terms and conditions:

The basis of the contractual agreement are the "contract procedures for contructions", German: Verdingungsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB-B).

Quarantee:
For the professional execution of our works we guarantee (VOB-B) 5 years.

Skilled work:
We assure to execute all works of the order professional.

Material:
We assure to use only products and technical methods, which were able to survive in the market about several decades.

Additional work/over timework:
Additional and overtime works we charge in relation to the depending on the workload and agreement. Materials, that are not included, we will charge separately.

Container:
Container or the removal of rubbish we will charge separately, if this is not an item of the offer.

Works of earthmoving/supply lines
Informations about the positions of supply lines between house and street the orderer has to give. We can't give any guarantee for demages to unknown supply lines. 

Power- and waterconnections:
The contactor has to invailible necessary power- and waterconnections for free. He has to take on the cost of power and water.

Payment :
The invoice total is due after finishing of the works immediately. The payment of orders over 10.000 Euro will be made in three steps: 1/3 after beginning of the works, 1/3 after doing the half of the works and 1/3 after finishing and handing over the invoice without deduction.

By orders below 10.000 Euro the payment will be made in two steps: 1/2 after doing the half of the works and 1/2 after finishing and handing over the invoice witout deduction.  

Rescission:
By rescission from the order a one-off compensation payment will be made in the amount of 15 %.

Additional works:
Additional works are only valid, if they were fixed in writing.
